Earlier Thailand Expat Services material used generic figures and formulas for company setup, foreign participation, BOI incentives, tax, employment, compliance and closure. Those summaries were not supported for every activity, taxpayer, employer or transaction and are withdrawn.

Use the corrected Business authority and decision map and its linked evergreen guides. Identify the exact entity, activity, ownership and control, project, taxpayer, worker, accounting period or transaction before applying an official rule. Obtain current authority instructions and qualified Thai professional advice where the guide identifies that dependency.
