Thailand Expat Services operates this website and enquiry channel. The contact form sends enquiry information to its contact email and does not authorize sharing with an independent provider. Analytics is denied by default and form contents are not intentionally sent as analytics parameters.

Information submitted or generated

• Contact details and optional name, telephone number and nationality.
• The selected enquiry topic, message and preferred contact method.
• Optional current location and target date or timing supplied to help us understand and respond to the request.
• The page URL and available UTM campaign parameters.
• Basic technical information used by hosting, email delivery, security and rate-limiting systems, such as IP address, request time and user agent.
• An analytics consent choice stored in the visitor's browser.

Do not submit passport scans, financial or medical records, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive documents through the general form.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months from the last substantive contact, subject to specific disputes, binding legal requirements, security investigations, and temporary supplier backup cycles.
